Process
From discovery to a system your team actually uses
Five steps, each with clear outputs. We don't publish fixed timelines because scope, migration, integrations, and approvals genuinely drive the schedule — instead, you get a realistic plan before you commit.
Discover
We map goals, roles, workflows, data, constraints, and success measures. You talk; we diagram. The output is a shared picture of how work actually flows through your business — including the parts that live in someone's head today.
Outputs
- Process map
- Roles & permissions inventory
- Data & integration inventory
- Success measures
Design
We define the system model, user experience, automations, integrations, and implementation plan. You review the design before anything is built — objects, stages, views, automation rules, and the migration approach.
Outputs
- System model & data design
- Role-based UX plan
- Automation designs with approval points
- Implementation plan
Build
We configure an industry-ready foundation, develop custom functionality, or combine both. Work proceeds in reviewable slices, not a big reveal at the end.
Outputs
- Configured or custom-built system
- Integrations connected to your provider accounts
- Automations in test mode
Launch
We migrate approved data, test, train users, and roll out deliberately. Migration uses dry runs and reversible batches; training happens more than once, because real questions arrive after day one.
Outputs
- Validated migration
- Trained team
- Deliberate rollout with a fallback plan
Evolve
We measure adoption, refine workflows, and add capabilities as needs change. A CRM that can't evolve becomes the next system you replace — ours are designed to change with you.
Outputs
- Adoption metrics
- Refinement backlog
- Capability roadmap
What affects timing
Rather than promise a launch date up front, we're explicit about the variables: the number of workflows and roles in scope, the state of your existing data, how many integrations need connecting or building, provider approvals (like OAuth app review or SMS sender registration), and your team's availability for reviews and training. Discovery turns those variables into a plan with dates you can trust.
